1. Before-sales Services
1.1.Any enquriy our clients send to us will be answered within 24 hours.
1.2.Samples are available for testing within 7 days
2. Order Process
Any order you may place with us would be highly welcome.
2.1.After we agreed in the trading condition, we will issue the Proformal Invoice to our clients.
2.2.We can offer professional Artwork design service also including, Color box, logo, user manual,Catalogue, etc.
2.3.Once receive your counter signed PI and 30% downpayment(or your irrevocable L/C), we will begin to production.
2.4.We will keep our clients posted on the progress of the production.our clients are welcome to arrange the production inspection.
2.5.After 70% balance arragend by our clients,the order will be shipped in time.
3. Delivery
3.1.Prompt order delivery are promised
3.2.Quality inspection before shipment are welcome
3.3.Professional service on shipping arrangement,we can help our clietns to order the ship space also.
3.4.Customs clearance documents such as Packing list , Commercial invoice, Certificate of Origin, etc. are available.
4. Payment
4.1.Term:T/T Before productaion (30% downpayment and 70% before shipment) is welcome.
4.2.Irrevocable L/C at sight is acceptable.
4.3.Our Bank information will be sent to you in the PI.
5. After-sales services
5.1.We guarantee our products free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year.
5.2.If there is more than 2% unqualified products in every shipment, our clients are entitled to free-of-charge replacement of those defective products in next shipment.
5.3.We offer free spare parts for your products maintinance
5.4.Any Technic problem will be prompt solved by our strong R&D Team ,ODM are welcome also.
